**NOTE** Any member under the age of 26 MUST complete this course prior to operating any watercraft. It is strongly encouraged that all members take the course and refresh yourself with your boating knowledge. Once you complete the course print off your certificate and forward to the training officer or you may forward the link to your certificate to him and he can print if.
